I offer both face-to-face and online therapy where sessions are typically 50-60 minutes in duration. The number of sessions depend on your challenges and goals and will be discussed and decided with you during our first session.
I offer therapy to people with a wide range of challenges.
If you feel comfortable, we can briefly discuss your needs and I can let you know whether I am able to assist you. In the event that I am not able to, I will be able to refer you to someone who can.

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, stressed, unsure, confused, overwhelmed, guilty, angry or generally unhappy? Sometimes the monkeys in our minds go a bit crazy, and the feelings in our bodies might feel overwhelming. And that sucks.
Firstly, I applaud your courage to take this vital step for your mental health. It takes a lot of guts and vulnerability to take this first step. Secondly, I am here to help. So what can you expect from therapy?
I create a safe, accepting and non-judgmental space where we can go on a journey together and use and transform the space to meet your needs. For example, you may need a space to offload or desire mental rest. You may want to figure out where you are going, find the strength to get there, understand yourself better, or maybe even all of the above. Maybe you need to sit down and cry about how tired you are. Alternatively, you might even wish to stop and smell the roses and admire and appreciate the beauty in the journey. YOU can choose the path you want on this journey, but you don’t have to walk it alone. So how does this work exactly?
Well, I am, first and foremost, a human being passionate about helping people improve their quality of life. Innate wisdom exists in every person, ready to remind them of their worth and ignite the fire needed to transform their experiences and rediscover their joy in life. I, therefore, strive to create a collaborative partnership with you and aim to empower you to gain insight and utilise existing resources and strengths on your journey toward healing and reaching your desired goals.
I have been trained in various therapeutic frameworks and thus prefer to work from an integrative perspective to tailor interventions based on your unique needs and preferences. However, I favor using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework incorporated with mindfulness and self-compassion.
Embarking on a therapeutic journey can be daunting. For this reason, I am committed to creating a space where you are accepted for who you are and encourage you to explore, discover, and harness the resources and strengths necessary to move toward health and well-being.
